I handle the information you entrust to me with care. In my work with children and parents, only the personal data necessary to organise and conduct sessions is collected and stored.
The website
The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or trackers.
Booking data
When you book, your name, contact details and brief information about the situation may be processed. This data is used only to organise the introductory meeting and subsequent work.
Online booking is provided through Cal.com, which processes the data required to make a booking.
Session content
What happens during sessions and is discussed at parent meetings is confidential. Exceptions may include situations involving a serious risk to the safety of the child or other people.
Video recording for supervision
In some cases, parts of sessions may be recorded solely for professional supervision, and only with the separate, explicit written consent of the child’s legal representative and, where applicable, the child.
Consent is voluntary; refusing does not affect the ability to attend sessions. Recordings are not used for any other purpose and are accessible only to supervision participants who are bound by confidentiality.
Storage and deletion terms for recordings, and how consent may be withdrawn, are specified in a separate consent form.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data stored about you and your child, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or, where provided by law, ask for it to be deleted.
Online parent questionnaire
The questionnaire is used only to prepare and conduct parent meetings and play sessions based on the CCPT method.
We process the parent’s name and email, the child’s first name, age, and optional information about development and family circumstances, including health information. Processing relies on voluntary consent, including explicit consent for health information. If you provide your own pregnancy and birth information, the explicit consent before submission covers it too. Do not provide another adult’s health information without their own consent.
Development and family questions may be skipped or discussed in person. Declining the online questionnaire does not prevent booking. This consent does not cover advertising, publication, AI training or video recording.
Online responses are retained for 90 days after submission.
